"Two Santas Are One Too Many"

Oskar Redfern, as "Andi", causes a stir in the world of Lasse's daughter Toni. As if there wasn't already enough going on…

Barely engaged, Karo (Marie Burchard) and Lasse (Serkan Kaya) already face the ultimate challenge: their first Christmas together. As if it weren't enough that their respective children are having "adjustment difficulties" in the new patchwork family, the two sets of parents — Angelika (Imogen Kogge) and Wilfried (Rainer Bock), and Lizzie (Ulrike Krumbiegel) and Bernd (Joachim Król) — also descend unannounced for the "silent days". Conflict is inevitable, for the older generation could not be more different and each has their own expectations of Christmas. But that is not the only thing weighing on the newly engaged couple: both are also carrying secrets they now dread having to reveal. And when Karo's pushy, break-up-resistant ex Guido (Sebastian Schwarz) wades in and Lasse's daughter Toni (Joone Dankou) hatches her own Christmas plan, the chaos finally boils over.

We are very curious and looking forward to this lovely, turbulent Christmas film, which will celebrate its premiere at the FESTIVAL DES DEUTSCHEN FILMS in Ludwigshafen on 1 September.
