Neidig Acting Agency
Neidig Acting Agency is a Berlin-based talent agency representing actors and actresses. We place our artists in European theatre, film and television productions and internationally on streaming platforms from Netflix and Amazon to Disney. Many of them also work as testimonials in commercials. For many years, supporting young talent has been a special focus of our work — we are proud to introduce here the young actors and actresses we have accompanied since their first film experiences, often while still at school. Some have gone on to study at a state drama school, and we are delighted when we can continue their pre-college success after they graduate. Others build successful film and television careers right after finishing school.

We offer professional support across every area of artist representation. We provide individual advice, help with the creation of showreels, look after self-tapes and e-castings, lead contract negotiations, are available throughout shoots, and act as a public-relations partner for productions afterwards. Our service is designed to give our artists the strongest possible platform — and to keep their backs free for creative work.
- We negotiate the best possible terms for each of our artists, which sometimes means probing the financial limits of our counterparts, recognising which conditions are realistic and which aren't, and finding the compromises that any contract today inevitably requires.
- We advise our artists on current and long-term opportunities, support them with self-tapes and e-castings, contribute our own ideas on how to approach a role, and help finding a professional coach when needed.
- We continuously improve our website to give existing and future partners in the industry quick access to all relevant information and files about our artists. We rely on intensive, regular dialogue with our artists and handle communication before, during and after events or shoots.
- We're happy to coach our artists ourselves, or to help them find a professional coach. When our schedule allows, we also offer e-castings and interview recordings in our Berlin office, with professional equipment.
- We showcase our artists' work through social media channels and newsletters and accompany them to important industry events whenever possible.
- We help our artists maintain their online portals, edit their showreels and keep their CVs and photos up to date.
- We manage scheduling for our artists and keep track of all commitments, options and deadlines.
- Our artists' showreels stay current — to keep them that way, we record broadcasts or order material from the channels and edit new showreel segments from it.
