Claudius grew up backstage in Munich's theatres and practised skating in the MMC Studios in Cologne while his mother was shooting for UFA. As a child, he appeared in the occasional television format himself, but later opted for the slightly safer side of film work — behind the camera. He has worked at UFA in Cologne and Potsdam in many different roles, from set runner to assistant director and scheduler, while completing a vocational training as a media management clerk. Today he works as Project Manager IT Solutions at UFA GmbH in Potsdam, accompanying the company on its journey into the digital future. The demands on organisations keep growing: processes need to become more efficient, technologies need to be implemented purposefully, and team members need to be inspired to embrace new ways of working. He enjoys that — and brings the same energy and approach to the work at Agentur Neidig.
