Marie fängt Feuer

"Marie fängt Feuer" is a primetime television film series for ZDF's Sunday slot (8.15 p.m.) about a "volunteer firewoman" in the Bavarian Alpine foothills, telling exciting and entertaining stories in an emotional yet often tongue-in-cheek way. The series launched successfully with two films in 2016, has developed very positively with four films from 2018 onwards, and is genuinely something special for the Herzkino slot.
