Near the scene, Chief Inspector Sievers comes across the bewildered Piet Pinter (Rolf Becker), who lives with his friends Ingo Osborn (Dietrich Hollinderbäumer) and Olaf Bolt (Dieter Hallervorden) in a retirement home where Caspary had also worked.
