Freshly minted by the William Esper Studio in New York and back in Berlin. Tim Bettermann is a citizen of the world. German anyway, Swiss through his mother, raised here and there, and he attended drama school in New York — so much so that, if you listen closely, he sounds like an American in English too. In fact, we don''t yet have a German film with which to introduce him; there are only American, Swiss and Spanish films, and so we have now shot an interview, just so everyone knows: Tim Bettermann is, among other things, also a German.
