Ilyas (Serkan Kaya) and Yasemin (Seyneb Saleh) have been a couple for fifteen years. Then something terrible happens: out of nowhere, Yasemin is shot dead by unknown assailants in an attack on her café. The life of Ilyas and that of their shared daughter Senna (Amira Demirkiran) is thrown into turmoil. Ilyas loses the ground beneath his feet when he himself comes under suspicion from the police and Yasemin is accused of having led a double life, of having supported the banned PKK. The police investigate, yet provide no answers. The longer these suspicions persist, the more Ilyas asks himself: was Yasemin really the woman he loved? What remains of love?
