Fourteen years have now passed since the events of the first season. The year is 1967 — a time of upheaval and change. The younger generation in particular is searching for new values and, full of idealism, fighting against the old structures. The growing generational conflict is ever-present, as is the struggle for self-determination and, with it, the questioning of established roles and society's ideals. And right in the middle of this turbulent era are our familiar protagonists, wrestling for their own personal happiness. This time, too, OUR WONDERFUL YEARS is carried by an ensemble and told from many perspectives — and our Ella Lee gets to be part of it.
