A first major role in TATORT is always something special for every actor, simply because being part of this dinosaur among German crime series is a cult experience. And so, on every one of his shooting days, Müci was nothing but delighted with this psychologically very demanding role. Müci plays Aytaç Çelik, who has been working for three years as a driver for a cash-in-transit company.
What is it about?
Saarbrücken, deep in the night. An explosion tears through the silence. The sleepless Chief Inspector Pia Heinrich (Ines Marie Westernströer) is the first to reach the crime scene: in a brutal raid on a cash transport, a security guard has been killed. When Chief Inspectors Leo Hölzer (Vladimir Burlakov) and Adam Schürk (Daniel Sträßer) arrive, a disturbing scene of destruction awaits them.
What does the number sprayed onto the road mean? One lead may point to an internationally wanted gang of criminals in neighbouring France. Chief Inspector Esther Baumann (Brigitte Urhausen) draws on her contacts with the French police. Or is the surviving security guard hiding more than he lets on? (ARD)
