Sarah Tkotsch voices „Abigail“, one of the best friends of Lucky and her mustang Spirit. Sarah voices this role in the Spirit series too, and „Abigail“ has grown especially close to her heart, simply because she is always honest, doesn''t dwell on things for long and just says whatever pops into her head. That makes „Abigail“ tremendously likeable and often incredibly funny.
Now the cinema film „Spirit Untamed“ opens in German cinemas on 22 July, and here is what it is about:
Young Lucky grows up with her aunt Cora on the east coast, after her mother died when Lucky was still small. The lively girl is a real whirlwind, and after her latest escapade aunt Cora finally takes her to her father Jim in the prairie town of Miradero. At first Lucky is far from thrilled with the sleepy backwater. That changes when she meets the riding girls Abigail and Pru and their horses Chica Linda and Boomerang and befriends them. But Lucky is especially fascinated by Spirit, a wild mustang held captive in a nearby stable. The two share a great longing for freedom and soon a very special friendship as well.
