Soon there will be bilingual miaowing in the studio of the Penguin Book publishing house! In Japan, Makoto Shinkai's anime are already a hit — now Penguin follows up with an audiobook. Julia will not only voice the English lead roles, but of course the Japanese ones too. The clever twist: the stories are all written from the perspective of cats, who look upon their human housemates sometimes cheerfully, sometimes wistfully. The recording takes place at Penguin's own in-house studios — in London.
