In the Bavarian idyll on Lake Schliersee, farmers, mountaineers and holidaymakers — and, at a pinch, the odd cow too — find their way to the country practice of Sarah König (Caroline Frier).
Rosetta's role, Bianca Marino, is the landlady of the village inn, and it matters not at all that her location is in North Rhine-Westphalia, for Rosetta from Miesbach has long since become a Cologne native.
