Norbert Stöß had a wonderful time in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Hamburg with the team of "Notruf Hafenkante", playing headteacher Lothar Helmig. Helmig finds himself facing one or two challenges. His school is threatened with closure and he has to answer some uncomfortable questions. As if he didn't already have enough on his plate…
