Gerit Kling as Dr Jasmin Jonas, the senior physician in the emergency department on NOTRUF HAFENKANTE, has long been a favourite with all TV viewers — almost something of a cult figure — while Amira Demirkiran is fast becoming the new young TV Portuguese. Although she is actually Ukrainian-German, this June she was cast as a Portuguese in two Hamburg series. We like that, and even more so that Gerit and Amira got to shoot many lovely scenes together.
