Whenever I saw the actress Sarah Tkotsch on screen, I had the feeling that she was familiar to me, that we knew each other personally and were even friends. When she joined our agency, it turned out that this wasn't the case at all — we had never actually met. Her direct way of playing her way into the hearts of viewers gives everyone that sense of intimacy with her.
