Til Schweiger really goes for it!
When was the last time a German film said FUCK this often? The only thing that comes to mind is good old Schimanski! Conflicts are settled in entertaining fashion, because the fists fly here as they did with Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, and no mediator is brought in to work through the disputes. You will wait in vain for the obligatory climate activist who turns up in every recent film; instead, the classic race sends plenty of metal flying across the screen, and you can practically smell petrol in the cinema!
There is no trace of political correctness, and Michael Kessler, as the dimwit Klausi, supplies the very worst groan-worthy gags exactly as hoped.
Why does Til Schweiger do something like this? Because he can!
Anyone who doesn't take themselves too seriously — they call that humour — can simply muck about and bring others some fun.
In cinemas from 30 March 2023
