Isabell (Lilli Hollunder) and Kris (Marc Barthel) now investigate side by side. On 22 February, fans will see Lilli for the first time in the ZDF series as new detective Isabell Novak. Fittingly, her debut episode is titled "Die Neue" ("The New Girl").
Kris (Marc Barthel) had to cope with a heavy blow earlier this year. His partner Daisy (Aysha Joy Samuel) died after being rushed to hospital with serious injuries following an operation. He is still struggling with the loss of his colleague.
But everyday life on patrol has to go on. In the episode "Die Neue", Isabell Novak becomes his new partner.
The chemistry isn't quite right, though: while Isabell makes a great first impression on everyone else at the station, she fails to win Kris over. Yet there is no time for personal feelings — the two have to pull together fast.
From today, every Thursday at 7.25 p.m. on ZDF!
