The youth web series HIT AND RUN celebrates its premiere at the Max Ophüls Preis in Saarbrücken (Thursday, 25 January 2018 at 7 pm), and Katja Brenner plays Mareike Schneider, the mother of the lead character.A party night on the last weekend of the summer holidays. Without a licence, teenager Zoë (Sophia Schober) crashes her parents'' car with her friends. The attempt to cover up the traces before the parents return from holiday goes thoroughly wrong – Zoë is blackmailed by a disappointed admirer, the friends get tangled up in ever greater trouble, and every relationship is put to a severe test.
