Nobody Gets Past Me

Nobody Gets Past Me

It isn't a bad thing to be not just good, but also a brand. In Jörg Moukaddam's case, it is his size and strength that make him unmistakable. That is why he is so often cast as a bodyguard or bouncer. "Nobody gets past me in a hurry," Moukaddam jokes. And because, as an actor, he can also pull off an enormously menacing look, Jörg was the perfect casting to fearlessly pick the hysterical groupies of successful rock star John Winter — played by Tom Beck — out of the queue in front of the concert hall in the film "Dein Song". Even though John Winter has left "sex, drugs and rock'n'roll" behind him, he is still a sought-after star. Thanks to his new girlfriend Ella, however, he leads a measured life away from the stage, with a healthy diet, yoga and monogamy. But this lifestyle plunges him into writer's block and drives not only him but also his agent Grobsch, along with his entire management, towards financial ruin. Grobsch therefore sets his assistant Lou on John: she is to coax the musician back to his old rock-star life and thus to writing new hits. Lou only reluctantly takes on the assignment, but between the headstrong young woman and the disillusioned rocker, sparks soon fly — and not just tempers. And a new song with hit potential is not the only outcome of Lou's mission. The film will soon be providing fine entertainment on Sat.1!
