This last evening together is meant to get hot. After all, one of them is about to sail into the harbour of marriage. So the three friends wait in a villa on Lake Starnberg for a stripper in police uniform. The music throbs, the alcohol flows — the three girls are in the best of spirits. Much to the annoyance of the neighbours, who call the police. When the two patrol officers Hubert and Staller ring the bell, the policemen have no idea how eagerly they are awaited. Not only in the film are the two officers more than astonished when the three women open the door to them. "Christian Tramitz (who plays Hubert) was downright shocked when he saw the three of us young, hot girls on set for the first time. While reading the script he had pictured plump 50-year-olds," Gianna-Valentina Bauer recounts, laughing. He quickly took a liking to the 'recasting', though, as did the rest of the team. One team member even joked during a shooting break that the three girls on set were doing the lads a world of good! But for Gianna-Valentina Bauer, too, working with the successful, seasoned police duo was not only highly amusing but also instructive. At the read-through it quickly became clear to her that the two first rework their lines to suit whatever seems most coherent to them. For the young actress this meant that no cue came as originally rehearsed, but afterwards the lines had more wit and made more sense for everyone. "The team says of itself that they all pull together. I found that this really is the case. It is not just lip service. Those were genuinely two damn relaxed and funny days of filming." Hubert and Staller are, after all, two detectives who do not take everything deadly seriously. For all crime-drama fans, then, a cheerful change of pace!
