Trier has more than just the Porta Nigra and a Roman amphitheatre; for anyone less familiar with this lovely city, founded in the year 15 AD by the Roman emperor Augustus, it should be noted:
since 1802 it has also been home to a fine, large three-division theatre, and there Thomas Maria Peters celebrated a triumphant premiere yesterday with his „Extrawurst“.

Extrawurst is a new comedy by the two comedy writers Dietmar Jacobs and Moritz Netenjakob, who worked as screenwriters on, among other things, the television series Stromberg.
