EU: Planned Ban on Geoblocking "Has Failed"

Following its draft regulation on "geoblocking and other forms of discrimination based on location or nationality", the European Commission still intends to restrict geoblocking, for instance in the area of online commerce, writes Karoline Meta Beisel in the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
