The "Herzschrittmacher" have to face the public once more. It would be a shame if they couldn''t pull off one more hit to solve all their troubles. Sissi and her new friends at the care home agree enthusiastically. Rocco thinks the idea is madness. But in the end it is Marina who recognises her mistakes and rallies Rocco one last time for a grand performance by "Rocco & die Herzschrittmacher" with their new hit "Der Himmel soll warten".
