Mathias Harrebye-Brandt plays the role of puppeteer Antonio Bayer, who arrives at A&E with his unconscious children. Both Timm and Lotte show similar symptoms, immediately putting the doctors on high alert. It emerges that, for now, only one of the two children can be helped, and the shocked father is at a loss as to what to do. An urgently needed operation draws ever closer, yet the despairing Antonio cannot bring himself to make a decision. As the situation escalates further and further, it ultimately falls to Niklas and his team to stand by the anxious father and his children. Will the doctors be able to help the family? And what will become of the child the doctors cannot save?
