DAS FLIEGENDE KLASSENZIMMER has been shooting since July in Cologne and South Tyrol and will reach German cinemas in 2023 as a new adaptation of Erich Kästner's much-loved children's and young-adult classic. Carolina Hellsgård is staging the boarding-school story with a contemporary, present-day eye.
