Our new actor Carsten Faseler graduated this spring from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover and has since been taking on one Shakespeare role after another. Following his Lysander in "A Midsummer Night''s Dream" in Marburg, rehearsals are now beginning for "Romeo and Juliet". Carsten plays Benvolio in the production at the Theater der Altmark in Stendal. The premiere is on 20 September, with further performances running through to the summer of 2015. Stendal lies, as is well known, right on the doorstep of our capital, so Carsten will be based in Berlin as a freelance actor and open to everything else the film, TV and theatre scene has to offer.
