ALBTRAUF, with our actor Andreas Klaue in one of the lead roles, is a diploma and series project of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in cooperation with UFA Fiction and ProSiebenSat1. ALBTRAUF is a thriller-mystery series about the plundering of unspoiled nature and its dark consequences in a small, remote village in the Swabian foothills of the Alb. At the heart of the series lies the tension between nature and civilisation. The story is set in a fictional, remote village on the Swabian Albtrauf escarpment. A life with and amid nature. But the idyll is deceptive, and before long none of the villagers seems truly innocent.

1. Die Seriale – 3rd IndieSeriesFestival GiessenAlbtrauf won the award for "Best Pilot" at this year's Seriale and was thus selected directly into the Official Selection of two partner festivals.2. Our project won the awards for "Best Thriller Series" and "Best Series of the Festival".3.
